To ensure the secure and guaranteed delivery of legal contracts and signature requests, we engage authorized sub-processors including Mailgun (Sinch). These providers process email addresses solely to deliver transactional messages (e.g., "Document Ready for Signature", "Security Alert") on our behalf. They are contractually bound to maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with GDPR and CCPA standards.

Your data is used strictly to facilitate the document workflow. We do not sell data to ad networks or third parties.
