1. Service Description

FreeLaw Portal is a SaaS platform for self-help legal document automation. Disclaimer: We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice, representation, or referrals.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate contact information to use our signing features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

3. Electronic Communications (Consent)

By initiating a document draft, creating an account, or signing a document as a guest, you explicitly consent to receive Transactional System Emails regarding:

  • Signature Requests and Expiration Reminders;
  • Completed Document Deliveries (PDF attachments);
  • Security Alerts (e.g., account access from new IP);
  • Audit Trail summaries.

These communications are essential to the functionality of the Service.

4. Limitation of Liability

FreeLaw Portal Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of our templates. Use of our software is at your own risk.
